Deeper In God Global Hubs are localized centers of spiritual activation, training, prayer, outreach, and church partnership established around the world to fulfill the mission of drawing people nearer to God so He is more known in the earth. These hubs are not designed to replace local churches. They are designed to strengthen them. They function as equipping centers that come alongside pastors, ministries, and congregations to help train believers for effective Kingdom service.

The goal is not competition.
The goal is collaboration.
The goal is not to pull people away from churches. The goal is to send people back stronger, healthier, trained, and ready to serve.
"And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors, and some teachers, to equip the saints for the work of the ministry, to build up the body of Christ." - Ephesians 4:11-12

OUR GLOBAL LEADERS
Fred T. Williams is an apostolic and prophetic leader, speaker, coach, and founder and Global President of Deeper In God Inc., a ministry centered on prophetic alignment, intercession, activation, and social reformation. A Monroe, Louisiana native, he has called Chicago home since age 19 and also serves as Executive Pastor of Kingdom Culture International Ministries. With more than 30 years of preaching, teaching, and coaching experience, Fred equips people to discover and fulfill God’s purpose while helping leaders, churches, and organizations build lasting impact.
Carmenita Williams, a Chicago native, serves alongside Fred as Global Vice President in the global leadership and administration of Deeper In God Inc. She is also a worship leader and oversees intercessory prayer teams at Kingdom Culture International Ministries. With a background in business, education, and social work, Carmenita carries a strong prophetic and intercessory calling marked by wisdom, compassion, and spiritual insight.
Married since April 2025, Fred and Carmenita live in Chicago and share a blended family of five children.
